Don’t miss or not complete an aspect of your program & if you do make sure you make up for it by pushing yourself more. Maybe add another session or extend the length of time you exercise on a particular day. This will assist you greatly in being mentally satisfied with how your goals your “program” is working out. You’ll want to work harder to achieve what you truly want a more toned & healthier body.
